Note: BMCRR describes the symbols as a staff with a staff 
and a ninepin. The object on the obverse looks too short 
to be a staff, and looking closely at the object on the 
reverse with its holding indentation and pointed end, it 
would not be very suitable for a game of ninepins. To me 
it looks more like a plumb line weight which would also 
pair up with a chisel on the obverse.
