RESTITVTOR REIPVBLICAE, Emperor standing facing, head right, 
holding standard and wreath-bearing Victory on globe.
Mintmark ANTB. 

RIC IX Antioch 9a, LRBC 2649. 
Fine, very rare. Officina B is not recorded in RIC.
Note, despite lightening and enlarging the original image 
I could not make out a clear officina letter. RIC lists
only ANT Delta for Valentinian I for this longer reverse
legend, however, ANTB was used for this emperor on this
type reverse with the shorter legend RESTITV-TOR REIP, so
a mix-up of dies before adding the mintmark is very possible.
