RIC lists a number of the ROMAE AETERNAE types with various
bust types and obverse legends. Roma can be holding a
combination of a globe or Victory on globe and a spear or
sceptre. But this bust type is unlisted for this legend AND with
Roma holding a globe and sceptre.
