Rare this nice with clear regnal date.

Major references assign this coin to Nero, but the portrait 
does not conform to the date. Our coin's regnal year should 
place it into the final 5 years of Nero's reign but by that 
time his portraits on imperial issues show increasingly 
corpulent features, whereas this coin shows a younger,
leaner, more Claudian man. This coin might represents Nero 
on his adoption as Claudius' heir in AD 50 AD, which would 
conform to Claudius regnal year 10 (49/50 AD). The significence regarding the large "I", however, remains 
for further study.
