S AVGVST C above, PORT OST below, bird's eye view of the harbour of Ostia with pharos surmounted by statue of Neptune above, seven ships of varying sizes in the centre and Tiber reclining left, holding rudder and dolphin at the bottom, all surrounded by breakwaters and buildings.
