The reverse legend proclaims that Honoria was "[born] 
for the Good of the State." but in AD 449 Honoria was 
suspected of plotting against Valentinian, and sent a 
secret appeal to Attila the Hun, who demanded her hand in marriage and half the kingdom as her dowry.
