Minted Rome, 243 - 244 AD. Laureate, draped bust right. / securitas 
standing, facing, head left, legs crossed, holding sceptre and 
casually leaning on column. SME 8740. 

Thick flan. Ef with strong strike, note the trace of moustache on 
portrait.
