FEL TEMP-REPARATIO, Emperor in military dress standing on
 galley moving left, holding Victory on globe who is holding
 wreath, crowning emperor, and standard with chi-rho on
 banner. Victory sitting at the stern, steering the ship.

RIC VIII Thessalonica 133, rated scarce

Note: Although it looks although one can see the tail
feathers of a phoenix on this reverse, one can see 
Victory's arm holding the wreath at top left. It does
therefore appear to be a normal RIC 133 with a blob of
metal on the reverse, similar to the one behind the head
on the obverse.
