FL IVL CONSTAN-TIVS PERP AVG, diademed, helmeted, and 
 cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding 
 spear over shoulder and shield decorated with 
 horseman motif / GLORIA REI-PVBLICAE, Roma and 
 Constantinopolis enthroned, the former facing, the 
 latter turned to the left with foot on prow, 
 supporting between them shield inscribed 
 VOT/XXX/MVLT/XXXX in four lines; SMNBv. RIC VIII 
 74; Depeyrot 5/2; Cohen 112. Good VF, a couple 
 light scratches in obverse fields.
 
The small "v" in the mintmark occurs with officina B in 
this issue.
