Constantius II, AE 20-21 mm, Arles. 5.41g. DN CONSTAN-TIVS PF AVG, laurel and rosette-diademed, draped, cuirassed bust right, A behind bust. FEL TEMP R-EPARATIO, soldier spearing fallen horseman who is sitting on ground, arms up, wearing Phrygian helmet. A in left field. Mintmark PARL or SARL RIC VIII Arles 122. very rare. Contributed by Doug Smith, Nov. 2011. Although the hair on the obverse may look a bit barbaric, I am convinced that this coin is not a barb. The "Magnentius" type hair style is typical for coins of Arles and Trier which according, to several authors, used the same engravers, swapping them from one mint to the other as need arose.
