Obv: FL IVL CONSTAN-TIVS PERP AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right. 
Rev: GLORIA-REI-PVBLICAE, Roma, holding spear, and 
Constantinopolis, holding sceptre, seated right and left, 
Roma's head facing, Constantinopolis' head turned left, 
holding between them a shield inscribed VOT XX MVLT XXX. 

Mintmark: SMANA.
