This coin appears to have at least the obverse legend 
retrograde (AVTO K retrograde at top right). In addition, 
the legend (if read correctly) and bust type left would match 
the only coin listed for a left-facing bust and this reverse 
in Baydur, SNG France, Mionnet etc. and the bust corresponds 
with youthful images of Commodus.
