KOMMODW KAI CEB VIW, bare head left resting on small eagle.
GERMAN[IK] CARMAT, Tyche of Antioch, turreted and veiled, 
seated right on rocks, holding two grain ears, river god Orontes swimming right at her feet, above her head ram 
right, looking back. 

Prieur 167 (same obv die). 
Extremely rare: only four examples listed by Prieur. Doublestruck reverse. Issued in connection with Marcus and 
Commodus' journey to the east to suppress the revolt of Avidius Cassius in 175-176.
