sligt drapery or aegis on front shoulder

MVNIFICENTIA AVG around, COS IIII / S C in two lines in exergue, 
elephant walking right, with netlike pattern on body, legs, and ear, 
representing its creased skin. Bust variety of BMCRE 1840, Cohen 
565, and RIC 862a.
