SYRIA, Seleukid Kings. Antiochos V. 164-162 BC. AR Tetradrachm 
(16.32 gm, 32 mm). Ake-Ptolemais mint. Diademed head right; monogram 
behind / BASILEWS  Apollo seated left on omphalos, holding arrow in 
right hand and bow resting on ground in left; monogram left, two 
monograms in exergue, monogram right. SNG Spaer 1252 (same obverse 
die); Houghton, CSE, 772 (same obverse die).Evidence of obverse double striking. 
There are around 20 examples known to exist of this type. Very large flan.
