Obv: Head of Athena right wearing close fitting Corinthian helmet Rev: AQHNAS NIKHFOROY to right and left of owl standing facing, wings closed; PE monogram of Pergamon mint (looks a little like PRE) below, all within olive-wreath. According to "Athena in the Classical World", the monogram shows that Pergamon was commissioned by the sanctuary to strike these coins to finance the Nikephoria festival. The first of these festivals took place in 283 BC, commissioned by a member of the Attalid monarchy, to celebrate Athena specifically as a bringer of victory.
