Alexander III AR Tetradrachm. Unknown mint, possible Susa, posthumous issue ca 282-225 BC. ?

Head of Herakles right, in lion's skin / 
ALEXANDROY, Zeus seated left, right leg drawn back holding eagle and sceptre.
MAR monogram in left field, FX (?) monogram beneath throne.

The monogram beneath the throne is nowhere in Price nor any 
of the hoard pdfs in my posession. The MAR monogram was used 
on a number of coins struck in Susa.

Note: This image was recovered after having been destroyed 
in the March 2009 website attack. The owner or seller
information was unfortunately lost. Recovered and 
re-added in August, 2009.
