  kolobion, holding scroll in left hand / Standing figure of Theodore at left, wearing
  stemma, jewelled simple loros, and sagion, St. Tryphon at right, beardless and
  nimbate, wearing military dress, holding triple-headed sceptre, both facing and
  supporting sceptre topped by lis. DOC IV pt. 2, 12; SB 2144. Nice Fine/VF, black
  patina. Impressive overstrike, revealing half of obverse design of previous coin:
  John III. 1222-1254. Billon Trachy. Larger bust of Christ; monogram at left. DOC IV
